André Salgado de Matos is a Partner in the Public and Regulatory and Litigation and Arbitration practices. He has extensive experience as a lawyer and counsel in the field of public law, a strong academic background built over twenty years of university teaching and research, and boasts a vast practical knowledge of the operation of the public administration in a broad range of its activities, both in the private and public sectors, enabling him to provide legal advice to national and foreign corporate clients across the spectrum of Public Law, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, and covering diverse aspects such as public procurement and concessions, land-use planning, the environment, urban planning, construction, tourism, health, energy, water and waste, national defense, electronic communications, administrative litigation and arbitration, as well as legislative and regulatory production.
