About
João Ventura is a Managing Associate in the Commercial and Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practices. He has been providing legal advice to domestic and international clients, particularly in M&A transactions, shareholders’ agreements and corporate reestructurings. He also has experience in corporate governance matters, in corporate compliance issues and in the negotiation of commercial agreements, notably in financial services, transport and supply chain sectors.
