The Corporate Tax Planning Law Review

On its first edition, the Corporate Tax Planning Law Review focuses on the analysis of corporate tax planning for multinational corporate groups in twenty different jurisdictions with particular emphases for new recent developments. The Portuguese chapter provides a first glance of the Portuguese economy as an important background for the analysis and understanding of the currently most relevant tax issues. The authors conclude with their personal view on the future of Portuguese taxation scene.
