Margarida Rosado da Fonseca has contributed to the book “New Studies on Law Enforcement, Compliance and Penal Law” of the research unit of Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences, of the University of Lisbon's Faculty of Law (CIDPCC).

The title of the contribution is “The powers of search and seizure in the context of investigation procedures: contextualization of their evolution from the perspective of the Competition Act”. It includes a reference to the public information on the ongoing efforts to implement Directive (EU) 2019/1 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 to empower the competition authorities of the Member States to be more effective enforcers and to ensure the proper functioning of the internal market.
