Marcos Carrapita is an Associate in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Private Equity practices. He has experience advising on domestic and cross-border investment and divestment transactions, corporate restructurings, and investment rounds, across a wide range of sectors.
His practice is primarily focused on advising asset management companies and high-growth companies, regularly assisting with the structuring and negotiation of convertible instruments, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements and share purchase agreements.
