Mafalda Ferreira focuses her practice in Energy and Sustainability, Public and Regulatory, and Projects. She has an extensive track record in domestic and cross border acquisitions, disposals and financings in particular in the energy, infrastructure and transport sectors. Mafalda regularly represents major corporations in high-profile and high-stakes energy and infrastructure transactions. She also advises on public-private partnerships, public procurement, administrative and regulatory law and litigation.
