Advising a major player in the Portuguese renewable energy market on the acquisition of a Portuguese company for the development of a hybrid project (photovoltaic plant and wind farm) in Portugal.

Advising an international operator on the acquisition of companies for the development of two solar photovoltaic plants, including the negotiation of development services agreements.

Advising a Portuguese developer in the negotiation and implementation of an EPC contract for the construction of 133 small production units, with a total aggregate capacity of 147.1 MWp, and a photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 6.6 MWp.

Advising one of the largest traders in the European energy market in the negotiation of two long-term power purchase agreements for the use of the energy generated by two solar photovoltaic plants in Portugal.
