About
André Fernandes Bento heads the Financial Services practice. With over 20 years’ experience, he has specialised in advising clients across various areas of financial services, including regulation, collective investment schemes and other forms of financial intermediation, ESG (environment, social and governance), crowdfunding, and inspections and administrative offence proceedings within the financial services sector. He has also advised Portuguese and international banks and other institutions on financing agreements (project finance, acquisition finance and structured finance) in both the primary and secondary markets.
