The new ICC Arbitration Rules (2026): The key changes

The ICC has released the revised Rules of Arbitration, entering into force on 1 June 2026. The 2026 Rules apply automatically to any arbitration commenced on or after that date, unless the parties have agreed to submit to an earlier edition.
