The CS Associados Labour team has solid experience in providing legal services, both in consultancy and in litigation, on all employment-related aspects (individual and collective), such as employee recruitment in all its different forms, the management of individual employment contracts, drafting of internal regulations, assistance in the drafting and implementation of retirement and health plans, restructuring and transfers of undertaking, termination of employment contracts (including individual and collective dismissals), negotiating collective bargaining agreements and providing suppor in social security matters.

The team’s multidisciplinary nature ensures a full and continuous monitoring of human resource management by means of legal advice provided both through day-to-day legal assistance, preparation of highly complex legal opinions and providing support in the resolution of labour conflicts, including the monitoring of lawsuits.
