Litigation and Arbitration

CS ASSOCIADOS has an extended Litigation and Arbitration team, assisting its Clients in the several areas of law, including civil, criminal, labour, administrative, tax and European litigation.

The team consists of Lawyers with a vast experience in Court and who work in an articulated manner when monitoring the proceedings in their respective jurisdictions, both judicial, administrative and tax, as well as in the European Instances.

The team is organized in such a way as to ensure a comprehensive and detailed follow-up in the disputes entrusted, with a special emphasis on multidisciplinary processes and those whose complexity involve more than one practice area of law.

Civil, Commercial and Corporate Litigation

The Lawyers of this area of practice have taken part in relevant and complex judicial and arbitration proceedings, representing Clients at all levels (including before the Constitutional Court) and working along reputable law firms in international litigation disputes.

The Civil, Commercial and Corporate Litigation team works closely with all other practice groups in the Firm in order to always have an integrated approach to each case. Moreover, always having more than one lawyer handling each litigation process ensures a profound knowledge of the facts, evidence and law of each individual case.

This work method enables an analysis and definition of the best strategy for each case under different relevant perspectives, guaranteeing CS Associados’ Clients a close and high quality service from its initial phase to its respective closing.
