He has provided legal advice to national and international clients, particularly with regard to all types of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, shareholder and stakeholder agreements, shareholder disputes and corporate governance. She has experience in advising clients from various sectors (namely tourism, energy and health), including on legal and strategic issues important for the business of companies, credit institutions, financial companies and venture capital firms.
