João Carminho is a Senior Associate in the Technology, Data and Digital Innovation practice. He advises mainly on data protection, intellectual property and consumer law. He has regularly accompanied clients in these matters, both from a specialised legal advice perspective and from a pre-litigation and dispute resolution perspective before the competent authorities.
